New Razer Chimaera Wireless Gaming Headphones

 

Razer is really expanding its scope with the unveiling of a new gaming accessories in the past few months that are not strictly for PCs. Back in January, we saw the new Xbox 360 controller and now Onza Razer has a new headset that will work on the Xbox 360 and PC. The headset is called the Chimaera and come in two styles as well as 3M Pocket Projector MPro150.

The Chimaera headset comes in a standard stereo version and a 5.1 surround sound version. Both the offer without wires from the base station to the headset and the rechargeable batteries inside. The stereo version uses 2.4 GHz wireless technology and the 5.1 version uses 5.8 GHz. Both of the offer have a microphone that can be turned from the road. Sound is pumped out using large 50mm Neodymium drivers.

The headsets are made for the work of the box with the Xbox 360 with optional RCA to 3.5 mm and wire of the headset will work with PC. The battery life in the stereo system until 12 hours and the battery life of up to 8 hours 5.1 pair. 5.1 The set can also connect an optical cable for true digital sound. Expect 5.1 to ship in April for $ 199.99 (USD) and the stereo system will ship this month for $ 129.99.
