For the money, the Sony SS-F7000 floor-standing speakers the best deal around. They produce deep bass and exceptional highs. Frequency response
A full-range tower speaker is to produce the full range of human hearing. Typically, the deepest bass that people can hear about 20 Hz or cycles per second, while achieving the highest levels or exceed, 20,000 Hz, or 20kHz. The Sony SS-F7000S among the largest selection we found clear cover production bass to 35Hz and treble up to a rather amazing 50 kHz.
The bandwidth of the sound response in perspective, it is helpful to review a couple of reference frequencies. The lowest note on a piano keyboard is an A, which is produced from 27.5 Hz. The low E on a bass guitar is 41Hz. This means that Sony can produce just about any musical low bass information. While it is always to the absolute end of the sonic range require the addition of a subwoofer, but their performance in this respect still exceeds that of most competitors.
The story is the same on the treble of the sound spectrum. The soprano voice, high C, two octaves above middle C. It is noted that, whether realistic or known to tradition, a crystal cup is shaken. As high as it sounds like us, it is generated by a simple 1046Hz. Much higher is the sound of the pool with small sounds around 15 kHz creation.

Obviously, the SF-S7000 has no problems generating the highest levels, given their ranking Top 50 kHz frequency. Although we can not really hear the sounds are much higher than 20kHz, the speaker’s ability to produce these ultrasonic sounds important to the overall effect of the music. Upper frequency harmonics in this area can be perceived by the brain, and add significantly to the spatial quality and realism of the musical reproduction.
Sensitivity
Speakers turn electrical impulses into sound by vibrating and creating pressure waves in the air that can listen to our ears. Sensitivity is the efficiency with which a speaker does the job. The Sony SS-F7000 has assessed a sensitivity of 90dB, which is good among the speakers but usually at the bottom of the speakers, which are incorporated into our ratings.
The sensitivity of a loudspeaker is important in two respects. First, it demonstrates how quiet it will be when it is not driven by content. At 90dB, the Sony produces almost inaudible level of noise at idle. The other measure addresses how much sound with a given amount of input is generated. A 90dB speaker will not produce as much as 93dB sound speakers with the same input. This point does speak volumes, but more importantly it is a matter of musical clarity and precision. Audio components better if they are not slid as their limit, high efficiency corresponds to greater clarity. The speaker has the capacity to handle up to 200W of input power.
Driver
The highest notes are produced in the SS-F7000S by a 1-inch Nano Fine balanced dome tweeter. The mid-range frequencies that are most of the musical information, including voice part, represented by a 3 1/4 inch drivers.

The acoustic heavy lifting in the Sony’s is achieved by a pair of 8-inch bass driver, or woofer. One of them is called a cone woofer and the other a Mica reinforced subwoofer. In many multiple-woofer speakers with smaller woofers, each driver is exactly the same frequencies fed. In the case of this speaker one is used to produce the lowest bass to the liberation of the other mid-bass tones concentrate.
Cabinet Features
The cabinet of the tower speaker is the bass-reflex design. It has internal baffles and a forward-firing bass port, use the energy generated by the rearward displacement of the woofer to enhance the bass response. During this construction more bass than a similarly powered, sealed acoustic suspension can produce, it also tends to produce a less dense sound.

The cabinet stands about 41.9 inches tall and is almost square width of 11.4 cm and 11.9 cm deep. It has an attractive black finish.
Summary
The Sony SS-F7000 floor-standing speakers produce a remarkably wide frequency response. All but especially likely to be found by audiophiles their musical output is more than sufficient, and they are a great upgrade as a keynote speaker in a home theater system. Its relatively low price makes it a superior bargain.
