Flip Video Ultra and Ultra HD

It is no great surprise, since they are already on shelves, Best Buy, and we have seen a photo unboxing, but Flip Video officially announced its new Ultra Flip and Flip UltraHD camcorders. Both have 2-hours worth of memory (2 GB in the second gene-Ultra, 8GB in the new UltraHD) and flip the unmistakable pop-out USB connector, and prestressed FlipShare App processing and distribution.

Each camcorder can consist of two standard AA batteries or flip their own battery, the latter with the UltraHD, and optionally for the Ultra. The resolution is 640 x 480 for the base model, 1280 x 720 for HD, and each has a 2-inch transflective, Anti-glare screen and basic controls.

As you might expect that the swaps UltraHD the Ultra’s composite connector for a HDMI connection. The Flip Video Ultra is available in black, white, yellow and pink. Meanwhile, the Flip Video UltraHD is available in black or white (with chrome trim).
