Flash to TV from Adobe

If it’s a web video platform, which are almost impossible to escape, is about Adobe Flash. YouTube, Vimeo, Hulu, and almost all other video-hosting site uses Flash as a tool for video ads. According to Adobe, Flash is currently at 98 percent of all computers. It seems that the number is not good enough for Adobe, they want us to use Flash anywhere.

How Adobe can extend the penetration of Flash, if you are already over 98 percent of the computer? With the flash on other devices such as televisions and set-top boxes. The move will be announced today at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas, and Flash-equipped TVs might by the end of the year. Flash could be the Internet services like YouTube and Hulu in our TV, or any number of Web services. It would allow any number of applications, a TV screen for more than just show what is even, or what DVD Blu-Ray DVR content you’re watching.

The biggest complaint anyone has about Flash rather the fact that it is so taxing on the system. Running Flash takes a lot of computing power, and many batteries in laptops and cell phones, which is why Steve Jobs never wanted it on the iPhone. How this will affect the TV is not known at the moment, but it would not be surprising if all that some questions of inertia pop-up in the use of Flash. But with Flash are the most dominant video format on the Internet, its doubtful that many worry about as long as they can use it to YouTube and Hulu in grainy vision of the new HDTVs.
