SunCat Solar Powered Rechargeable Batteries

I can not believe someone has not thought of before, the idea is so simple, but brilliant, the SunCat solar powered batteries.
The prototype was made using the household batteries, and while the prototype takes some time to load, I think it is very impressive for a homemade prototype.
The batteries are recharged by a nearby light source, such as a windowsill or in a nearby lamp, this could be a brilliant way to your batteries and save energy simultaneously.
